“In this two-issue arc, we continue the story of Vengeance and his fight against the Nightmare gang! After a month of fighting to make Metron a better place, an anonymous tip makes the Metron Police Department believe they finally know the leader of the Nightmare Gang….Vengeance? In Japan, the undead assassin, Bullet Shibito, hears of this news and heads to America to take down Vengeance for the good of the people. It’s a fight you don’t want to miss!”

BIOGRAPHY
The OG collective
Original Geek is a comic publishing & audio network out of Arkansas. For the past three or so years, they have been doing the con circuit in Arkansas. Now that they have established themselves after successfully funding a total of 6 books on Kickstarter (at this time anyways) and selling a few thousand copies of their books, Original Geek is moving into expanding their reach to other states, aside from just their home of Arkansas.
The comics they have funded include four issues of “Vengeance,” “The 8th Day #1,” and “Whispers in the Dark #1.” They have developed a house style with these books that they also like to refer to them as “American Manga,” with how the stories and art flow. On the audio side, the featured podcast on the network is “If You Give A Dad A Podcast,” which has had guests like Cullen Bunn, Kevin Mellon, J Michael Tatum, Chris Khayman Lee, Jason Douglas, Josh Martin, Chris Anthony Lansdowne, Tami Erin and more. In 2025, OG will be moving into audio dramas with their first release of The Ripoffs and comic strips with “OG Elementary.”
In 2024 alone, OG were guests at PTX Con (Paris, TX), Metrotham Con (Chattanooga, TN), Saline County Comic Expo (Benton, AR), Nerds Assemble Con (Jonesboro, AR) and Hallows Con (McAleister, OK). They also have done book release/special events at Heroes and Wizards (Webb City, MO), Kapow Comics (Sherwood, AR), and Treat Yo Shelf (Mountain Home, AR).
